What is the estimated delivery time for the Prepaid Card?

The estimated period will be according to the delivery address, the shipping method and the date we placed your order, as follows:

  • Delivery in Brazil – Regular delivery: Up to 15 business days
  • Delivery in Brazil – Express delivery: Up to 7 business days
  • Delivery abroad (except Brazil) – Regular delivery: Up to 30 working days
  • Delivery abroad (except Brazil) – Express delivery: Up to 15 working days

The delivery times specified above are estimates and, therefore, may be subject to change, due to situations beyond the Bank’s control, such as remote locations, natural disasters, interruption of services, emergency situations, calamities, etc.

To check the estimated date for delivery of your Prepaid Card, we advise you to contact the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Support Center.

In the event of a discrepancy between your current address and the address registered with your institution, we advise you to contact your institution to update your address accordingly. Only after that, the duplicate of your Prepaid Card must be requested.
