How should I proceed if my scholarship term has ended and I still have a balance on my Prepaid Card?

Upon completion of your scholarship term, you will be required to use the full balance available on your Prepaid Card before the card/account is closed. Below you will find all available options to withdraw your money before you close your card:

  • Purchases
  • Withdrawals from MasterCard/Cirrus ATMs
  • Card to Bank transfers
  • International transfers

If you need to transfer your funds and do not have an active Prepaid Card, please contact the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Client Support Center to activate it.
