How should I proceed if my Prepaid Card was not sent to the correct address?

Make sure that the estimated delivery time for your card has passed (refer to question number 5).

If your card has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Client Support Center to confirm the delivery address.

We advise you to keep your information up to date with your institution, as BB Americas Bank will use this information to process and mail your Prepaid Card.
