How to activate the Prepaid Card?

The Prepaid Card can be activated by telephone through the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Support Center or by accessing the My Card Place Portal.

Note: Through the My Card Place Portal, we only provide the activation option, which allows the use of the card only for making purchases. We inform you that, to make withdrawals, it will be necessary to create your password (PIN) over the phone through the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Service Center.
