How should I proceed if my Prepaid Card was sent via FEDEX and the delivery was unsuccessful?

Please contact FEDEX customer service. Your local FEDEX telephone number can be found on the FEDEX website at www.fedex.com. If the Prepaid Card was returned to the sender, please contact the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Client Support Center to request a new card.
