What to do if you are unable to access the BBA App?

Check the guidelines below to solve possible difficulties in accessing the BBA App:

  • Check if the initial registration in Online Banking through the desktop version was successful;
  • Make sure that the user (Username) and password entered are the same as those for accessing Online Banking;
  • Check that your Internet connection is strong and stable.

If the previous steps have already been verified, delete the application, and download it again.

  • Date and time of the last access attempt
  • Error message (if this is the case)
  • Smartphone operator
  • Device model
  • App operating system version
  • If the same error occurs when trying to access Online Banking
