1 – Access our website, click on Access my Account and select Personal.
2 – Enter your username then, click on Login.
3 – You will be redirected to a new page. Select Reset your password to establish a new password. Note: Whenever you sign in to Online Banking using a new device or browser, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a Verification Code. In some cases, identity verification may also be required before you can access the “Reset Your Password” option. You can choose to receive your verification code via SMS text or a phone call. (If you choose the phone call option, we recommend muting your phone, as the system is sensitive to background noise.)
4 – Before resetting your password, you’ll be asked to verify your identity using a Verification Code. If you choose to receive a phone call, select your preferred number or select the option to receive Text Message (Once you receive the call, we recommend muting your phone, as the system is sensitive to background noise.) or select the option to receive a Text Message and select Continue.
5 – To receive the Verification Code via text, enter your phone number as instructed below.
6 – Enter the Verification Code:
7 – If you choose to receive a PHONE CALL from BB Americas Bank, you will need to enter the Verification Code that appears to you on your phone:
8 – Once your identity is verified, you can proceed to create a new password: Your new Password must be between 8 and 18 characters with at least one numeric character, one lower case, one upper case and one special character (!@#$%^&*).
9 – Your new password was created successfully. Click on Go to Sign In to login to your Online Banking account.
