Request Update of your Address

Updating your address with the Bank just got easier. Login to your Online Banking account and follow the instructions below.

The Address change request will reflect in all your accounts with the Bank. The request may take up to 48-72 hours to be processed by the Bank. Requests submitted with incomplete or missing information may be delayed.

1 – Visit our website, login to your account, under Tools and Services select Messages & Requests.

2 – Select the Service Request tab and either Address Change and Update or Atualização de Endereço Fora dos EUA (For international address updates). In the text box, include the information below, and select Continue.

  • Street, APT/Suite
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Zip Code


3 – On the next page, confirm the information entered is correct and select Send to submit your request.
