How to Update Your Username in the BB Americas Bank App

1. Open the “BB Americas Personal” Mobile App.

2. Enter your “Username” and “Password”. Click “Continue”.

3. Go to “Profile” on the top left and click “Settings”.

4. Once there, select “Username” and follow the instructions below to change your username.

5. This screen will display your current username and two fields to enter and confirm your new username.
Note: The username must contain 6 to 30 characters and may contain letters, numbers, and the following special characters _ . @ – # $ % + / ^ ‘.

6. Click “Continue” on the top right corner and then “Yes” to save the new username. A success message will appear.
