How to Check BB Remessa Activity History in the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA account in the BB S.A. App

2. Click on “BB Remessa” and select “Consultar transações”.

3. Select the transaction you want to view in detail.

4. Scroll down the page to access actions such as “Cancelar Remessa” (available up to 35 minutes after submission) and “Salvar ou Compartilhar” receipt.

Note 1: Remittance cancellation is only allowed within 35 minutes after the request is submitted (status: “Open Remittance”).
Note 2: The available receipt will include the remittance status information.
