How to Reset your Password

How to reset or create a new password:

1. Access our website, click on Access My Account and select Business.

2. Insert your Company ID and User ID. Click on Login.

3. You will be redirected to a new page. Select Forgot your password? to establish a new password.

Note: Whenever you sign in to your Business Online Banking on a new device or browser, you’ll be prompted to confirm your identity by Verification Code validation. You may be prompted to confirm your identity prior to viewing the Forgot your password option. There are two ways you can receive a verification code: SMS Text or Phone Call (We advise you to mute your phone, as the call is very sensitive to noise).

4. Before you can reset the password, you will be prompted to confirm your identity by Verification Code validation. If you wish to receive a phone call, select the phone number where you wish to be contacted (upon receiving the phone call, we advise you to place it on mute, as the call is sensitive to noise) or select the option to receive a Text Message and select Continue.

5. If you choose to receive the Verification Code via Text Message, ensure to enter your phone number following the below guidelines:

6. Insert the Verification Code and click Submit:

7. If you choose to receive a PHONE CALL from BB Americas Bank, you will need to input the Verification Code that appears to you on your phone and press Phone Call Completed:

8. After your identity has been validated successfully, you are ready to establish a new password and click on Submit:

9. Your new password was created successfully. Click on Continue to login to your Business Online Banking account.
