How to Register for Online Account Access on the Loan Service Platform

1. Visit https://bbamericas.yourmortgageonline.com/ and click Register.

2. On the Account Registration page enter your loan number, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, EIN or TIN associated with the loan number, and Zip Code of the property address associated with the loan number.

Important:

• Your loan number can be located on your Mortgage Statement or Payment Coupon;
• The reCAPTCHA is a required step to ensure that it is you – and not a robot – completing the registration process.

Click Next.

3. The next page will appear with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Contact Methods and e-Statement Policy for you to review. If you agree with the policies, please check all of the boxes and click Next.

4. A new Account Registration screen will appear asking you to fill-in the following information:

Important:

• Your user name must be at least five characters long and can be alpha/numeric. Your user name cannot be your email address.
• Your password must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and at least one number.
• The confirmation of your password cannot be a copy and paste of your password, it must be re-entered.
• Your username and password will be required each time you access your mortgage account online. Please remember to keep this information in a secure place for future use.

When all five fields are complete, please click Submit.

5. A window will now appear stating that a confirmation has been sent to your email address.
Please access your email and look for a message sent from noreply@yourmortgageonline.com, which will contain a link to complete the registration process. This link will expire after 72 hours. If you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail in case the message was misrouted.

6. Open your e-mail and click on the link.

7. After following the instructions in the email and clicking on the link, your Registration is complete. The website’s home page will then appear and you can now access your mortgage information online. Enter your username and password previously registered to sign into your account.

Note: If, at any point, you use a different computer or browser to access the website, the system will send a one-time passcode to the registered e-mail address. All devices are auto saved upon successful login.
