How to Place a Travel Notice

Place a travel notice request on your card through Online Banking.

1. Visit our website, login to your account. Under Tools and Services select Messages & Requests.

2. Select the Service Requests tab, and select Aviso de Viagem/Travel Notice Request.

3. Provide the following information for your request in the Additional Information field. Click Continue.

  • Beginning and end Travel Date
  • Destinations
  • Last 4 of debit card and / or credit card

4. Confirm the information provided is correct and select Send to submit your request.
