How To Place a Travel Notice on the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA Account on the BB S.A. App

2. Click on “Cartão de débito” and select “Habilitar aviso viagem”.

3. Enter the last 4 digits of the debit card you wish to place a travel notice and click on “Avançar”.

Note 1: To place a travel notice, the debit card must be active.
Note 2: At the end of the process, you’ll have the option to add the travel notice to your credit card.

4. Enter your travel dates.

Note: The maximum period per travel notice is 12 months.

5. Select the countries where you will use your debit card during your trip.

Note: You may select up to 10 countries.

6. Select “Replicar para cartão de crédito” if you wish to place the travel notice to your BB Americas Bank Credit Card and enter the last 4 digits of your credit card.

7. Review the information and confirm the travel notice.

8. Select the previously registered phone number for which you wish to receive the verification code then, click on “Avançar”. If you don’t recognize the listed phone numbers, contact our BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.
