How to Deposit Checks

1. On the home page, click on the PLUS (+) Sign.

Note: Customer must be enrolled in BB Americas Bank Online Banking. Some restrictions may apply. Maximum deposit dollar limit of $5,000.00 within a 5 business day period. If the total sum of multiple mobile check deposits within 5 business days exceeds the allowed deposit maximum of $5,000.00, exceeding amount will be made available in increments of up to $5,000.00 every 5 business days.

Total deposit will be made available on the next business day after the day of deposit, if made prior to the cut-off time. The bank’s cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. EST. Deposits made on a weekend, federal holidays or after the 4:00 pm EST cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Mobile deposit is only available on iPhone or Android mobile devices with picture capabilities. Mobile message and data rates may apply. Please speak to a BB Americas Bank representative and/or refer to BB Americas Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions for more information.

2. Select Deposit.

3. Read the instructions and select Continue.

Note: The check should be placed on a flat dark background. Sign the back of the check before depositing it. Checks that are not signed on the back will be declined.

4. Read the Terms and Conditions presented. Click Continue, if you agree and wish to proceed with the deposit.

5. Complete the following required steps:
a. Click on Front and take a picture of the front of the check.
b. Click on Back and take a picture of the back of the check.
Note: Checks must to be endorsed with “For BB Americas Bank Mobile Deposit Only”
c. Deposit to: Select the account to which the check is to be deposited.
d. Amount: Enter check amount.
e. Email Receipt to: Enter the email address to where you’d like the deposit receipt be sent.

Click CONTINUE once all steps are completed.

6. Click Approve if the information is correct to complete the deposit.
