How to Deposit Checks in the BB Americas Bank App

1. Open the BB Americas Personal Mobile App.

2. Enter “Your username” and “Your password”. Click “Continue”.

3. On the home page, select “Deposit”.

Note: Customer must be enrolled in BB Americas Bank Online Banking. Maximum deposit dollar limit of $5,000.00 within a 5-business day period. If the total sum of multiple mobile check deposits within 5 business days exceeds the allowed deposit maximum of $5,000.00, exceeding amount will be made available in increments of up to $5,000.00 every 5 business days. Total deposit will be made available on the next business day after the day of deposit, if made prior to the cut-off time. The bank’s cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. EST (on any Business Days we are open). Deposits made on a weekend, federal holidays or after the 4:00 p.m. EST cut-off time – Monday – Friday – will be processed on the following business day. Mobile deposit is only available on iPhone or Android mobile devices with picture capabilities. Mobile message and data rates may apply. 4. Read the Terms and Conditions presented. Click “Continue”, if you agree and wish to proceed with the deposit.

5. Click “Deposit a Check”.

6. Select the account you want to deposit the check if you have multiple accounts.

7. Complete the following required steps:
a. Click “Front” and take a picture of the front of the check.
b. Click “Back” and take a picture of the back of the check.
Note: Checks must be signed on the back and endorsed with “For BB Americas Bank Mobile Deposit Only”. Checks that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
c. Amount: Enter check amount.
Click “Continue” once all steps are completed.

8. Click “Approve” if the information is correct to complete the deposit.

9. A successful message will appear. Click “Deposit Another Check” if you would like to make another deposit.
