How to Confirm your Username
If you have forgotten your username, we can email it to you after your identification is verified.
1 – Access our website, go to Access my Account and select Personal.
2 – Click on Forgot Username?
3 – Enter the required information and click Submit to confirm your identity. When your identity is confirmed, we will email your username to your registered email with the bank.
a. Enter your registered email
b. Enter your SSN/TIN (nine-digit SSN, ITIN or CPF)
c. Enter your 10-digit account number (10-digit number Ex: 188881111)
