How to Cancel a Money Transfer Transaction

1. Access BB Americas Bank website, click on Access My Account and select BB Remessa.

2. Enter your credentials (Username and Password) and click Login. If you have not yet signed up to access the BB Remessa Portal, click Sign Up Now.

3. Select Activity from the main menu to view your recent transactions. Identify the transaction you would like to cancel and press the Cancel button to the right of the transaction.

Note: You may request cancellation of a BB Remessa transaction within 35 minutes of the request being submitted. After 35 minutes the transaction can no longer be canceled.

4. Verify that the transaction status is shown as Canceled.
