Step Up Scholarship Foundation | 1.5 Million Check for Scholarships at La Salle Immaculada High School | Miami-Dade County

BBA Americas Bank partners with Step Up Scholarship Foundation to provide scholarships that open doors to a stronger future. With these scholarships, Florida preK-3 through 12th grade students can choose the right learning environment and connect with the resources they need to reach their full potential. This was a special day because BB Americas Bank presented a big check of $1.5 million for Step Up Scholarships. This event was held at one of the schools where students benefit from the scholarship called Immaculada-La Salle High School. The High School fosters a student-centered, family-spirit environment that prepares young men and women to be faithful Christians and responsible citizens. Furthermore, Reuben Rojas, BB Americas Bank CRA Service Liaison, presented a financial literacy workshop about value-finance alignment and 2026 goal setting and Mario Fujii, BB Americas Bank President and CEO, spoke to the students about his personal testimony of how scholarships changed his life and gave him opportunities to grow.
