How to Send Internal Transfers via the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA account in the BB S.A. App

2. Click on “Transferência” and select “Transferência interna”.

3. Select the source account from which the internal transfer amount will be debited.

4. Select who you want to send the transfer to and provide the details, including which account will receive the transfer amount.
a. To yourself
b. To other people

a. Para mim (To yourself)
1. Select which of your listed accounts will be the destination account.

b. Para outra pessoa (To other people)
1. Provide the recipient’s last name and the destination account for the transfer.

5. Enter the transfer amount.

Note: The transfer limit may vary depending on the recipient.

6. Review the entered information and confirm the transfer.

7. Select a previously registered phone number to receive the verification code. If you do not recognize the listed phone numbers, contact the BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.
