You can send documents to the Bank through Online Banking via the Transfer File option.
1 – Access our website, then login to your account. Under Tools and Services, select Messages & Requests from the dropdown menu.
2 – Click on the Service Requests tab and select Transfer File.
3 – Click on File Transfer.
4 – Click on Attach File to upload the desired document then, type a description and select Send.
5 – Keep track of your uploaded files by clicking on Transfer History.
