How to Send BB Remessa in the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA account in the BB S.A. App

2. Click on “BB Remessa” and select “Enviar remessa”.

3. Select the source account from which the BB Remessa amount will be debited.

4. Enter the amount to be sent in USD or received in BRL, according to the minimum and maximum limits allowed.

Note: You will have 10 minutes to send your remittance using the exchange rate provided on this screen.

5. Review the converted exchange rate for the sent and received amounts.

6. Select the recipient and provide the necessary information, including the account and address of the person receiving the remittance. Choose one of the following options:

a. To yourself
b. To a recent recipient
c. To another person

a. Para mim (to yourself)
1. Select your BB S.A. account to which the money will be sent.

2. Select one of your registered addresses or add a new one.

b. Para destinatário recente (to a recent recipient)
1. Select a recent recipient from your saved list.

2. Choose the recipient’s registered address or add a new one.

c. Para outra pessoa (to another person)
1. Enter the recipient’s details for whom the money will be sent.

2. Provide the recipient’s address.

7. Review the completed information and confirm the money transfer.

8. Select a previously registered phone number to receive the verification code. If you do not recognize the listed phone numbers, contact the BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.
