1. Open the secure email you received from the bank and click on the attachment to download the encrypted email:

5. Instructions on how to activate your account will be send to your email. Open your inbox and look for the message “Please activate with CRES” to continue with the activation.

6. Select “Click here to active this account” to continue:

7. You will be redirected to the page below confirming your registration to the encrypted service:

8. To read the message received from BB Americas Bank, return to the original message and type in your password as requested and click “Open”:

9. Now you can send and receive messages with sensitive information with BB Americas Bank. To send us a message, click on the option “Reply” inside the email:

10. Write your message and use the “Attachments” button to send any required documents or files to the bank:
