How to Recover Your Username in the BB Americas Bank App

1. Open the “BB Americas Personal” Mobile App.

2. Click “Forgot username or password?”.

3. Click “I forgot my username”.

4. Enter your Email Address, Account number, Tax ID and click “Continue”.

5. An email will be sent to your email address with your username.
