How to Pay the Credit Card Statement in the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA account in the BB S.A. App.

2. Click on “Cartão de Crédito”.

3. Select the card you wish to proceed with.

i. Note: If you have only one credit card, this selection screen will not appear. You will be automatically directed to your card details screen (step 4).

4. Click on “Pagar Fatura”.

i. Note: For now, it is only possible to make immediate payments through the BB S.A. App. Soon, we will release the features to schedule payments, set up automatic debit, and cancel scheduled payments.

5. Select the account of origin.

6. Select the amount you wish to pay.

i. Note: If the previous balance of the closed statement has already been paid, or if the minimum amount is zero, they will not appear as selectable options.

a. If you wish to pay a different amount than the ones shown, click on “Outro valor”.
b. Enter the amount you wish to pay at this time and click on “Avançar”.

6. Review the payment details provided and accept the Terms and Conditions.

i. Note: The payment may take a few hours to be reflected on the main credit card page.
