How to Download and Access the BB Americas Bank Personal Mobile App

1. Access the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and download the “BB Americas Personal” Mobile App on your mobile phone.

2. Open the “BB Americas Personal” Mobile App.

3. Click “Enroll in mobile banking”.

4. Enter your 9-digit Tax ID, Account Number and Date of Birth in the MM-DD-YYYY format. Click “Continue”.

5. Enter your “Username”, “Password” and “Primary E-mail”. Click “Continue”.

6. Review your information, and if everything is correct, click “Continue”.

7. You have successfully enrolled in BB Americas Bank Personal Mobile App. Click “Close” in the upper left corner.

8. Enter your “Username” and “Password”. Click “Continue”.
If you wish to save your credentials for future access, check “Remember me” and/or “Biometric sign-in”.
Note: For security purposes, the Touch ID or Face ID feature will only become available after the first successful login attempt has been made using your Username and Password.
