How to Confirm the Request to Open the e-Money Market Account in The BB S.A. App.

1. Access your BBA account in the BB S.A. App.

2. Click on “Pendências de confirmação” from the list.

3. Click on “e-Money Market” on the list of pending items.

4. Before confirming the request, carefully read the terms and conditions related to opening the e-Money Market Account, check the box “Confirmo que li e estou de acordo” and click on “Avançar”.

5. Review the information provided by the requesting account holder and click on “Confirmar” to complete the request to open the e-Money Market Account.

6. Select the previously registered phone number where you wish to receive the verification code and click on “Avançar”. If you do not recognize the listed phone numbers, contact our BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.

7. After the request is confirmed by all account holders, confirmation of the account opening will be sent via email.
