How to Cancel a Remittance in the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA Account in the BB S.A. App

2. Click on “BB Remessa” and select “Consultar transações”.

3. Select the transaction you want to view in detail.

4. Scroll down the page to access the “Cancelar Remessa” button.

5. Confirm the cancellation of the remittance by clicking on “Cancelar Remessa”.
