What should I do if I need to update my phone number with BB Americas Bank to receive a verification code?

To update the phone number, you will need to access BBA Personal Online Banking or the BB S.A App.

BBA Personal Online Banking: Access the option Profile Admin > My Profile > Personal Preferences.

BB S.A. App: Log in to the BB S.A. App using your BB S.A. account information and on the main menu search for “BB Americas Bank”. Select the option Meu perfil on the BBA home page.
