How to proceed to use the debit card while traveling?

To use your debit card while traveling, you must first enable a travel notice through one of the following options:

• Log in to your BBA account in the BB App, select Cartão de débito and choose the Habilitar aviso viagem option. You will need to provide your travel dates and the countries you plan to visit; OR
• Access BB Americas Bank Personal Online Banking, under Tools and Services select Messages & Requests > Service Requests > Aviso de Viagem / Travel Notice Request. Provide the beginning and end travel date, destinations and last 4 digits of your debit card and/or credit card.
• Contact the BB Americas Bank Client Support Center in advance and provide your travel dates and the countries you plan to visit.
