How can I track the status of a remittance sent through BB Remessa?

The status of a remittance can be tracked on the BB Remessa Portal or on the BB S.A. App.

BB Remessa Portal: Select the Activity tab.

BB S.A. App: Log in to the BB S.A. App using your BB S.A. account information and on the main menu search for “BB Americas Bank”. Select BB Remessa and click on Consultar transações.
