How to cancel a remittance sent through BB Remessa?

The cancellation of a remittance can be done up to 35 minutes after the request has been submitted. After this period, the remittance can no longer be canceled.

A remittance can be cancelled through the BB Remessa Portal or BB S.A. App.

BB Remessa Portal: Access the BB Remessa Portal, select the Activity tab and click on Cancel next to the transaction you wish to cancel.

BB S.A. App.: Log in to the BB S.A. App using your BB S.A. account information and on the main menu search for “BB Americas Bank”. Select BB Remessa and click on Consultar transações, while selecting any request with an open status, the Cancelar remessa button will be available.

Note: The Cancel button will only be available for 35 minutes following submission of a money transfer request.
