How can a small business determine if it is eligible to use Zelle®?

Eligible small business accounts can send, receive, or request money with Zelle®. To get started, log into BB Americas Bank Business Online Banking or Business App, click “More” > “Money Movement” > “Zelle®”. Access the  Business Online Banking on a browser and enter your user credentials, complete user authentication (if prompted), and click ”Sign In”. Then, select ”Money Movement” > ”Zelle®”.

Click ”Get Started”, complete the Zelle® Company Preferences, and review your entries. Once submitted, click ”Continue to Enrollment” and then ”Get Started” to begin using Zelle® for Small Business.
