How to dispute a BB Remessa remittance request?

If you believe there is an error in your money transfer request, or if you would like to receive a written explanation of your rights, please contact us within 180 days through the BB Americas Bank Client Support Center, or by sending us an email at remittances@bbamericas.com.
When contacting us, please inform:

  • Your name and money transfer request reference number;
  • The error or issue presented in the money transfer, and what you believe may have led to the issue;
  • Recipient name and CPF number;
  • The dollar amount of the money transfer request.

BB Americas Bank has up to 90 days after you contact us to determine whether an error occurred. Results of the investigation will be sent to you within 3 business days of conclusion. Should an error or issue be identified, BB Americas Bank will immediately take all necessary actions to correct the issue.
Note: BB Americas Bank is not responsible for incorrect recipient bank account information provided by the sender.
