Are you travelling?
Did you know that before traveling outside the United States, you need to set a Travel Notice for your BB Americas Bank (credit and debit cards)?
It’s quick and easy!
Just log in to your Online Banking and, under Tools and Services, select Messages & Requests > Service Requests > Travel Notice.
Enter your travel dates, destination, and the last 4 digits of your card number and you’re all set!
Transfers
Before starting your transfer request, make sure you have all the necessary beneficiary details, such as the destination bank, account number, and address. It’s also important to confirm with the beneficiary that the information you have is correct and up to date.
Online Access
To access your Online Banking, make sure you are using the correct login credentials. Please note that if you are traveling outside your region of residence, a security code verification may be required.
Payments
Plan for debits on your account! Stay aware of the due dates for your credit card statement and other automatic debits and check your available account balance in advance.
Registration
Have you changed your address, email, or phone number? It’s very important to keep all your registration details updated with the bank. To update your information, simply log in to your Online Banking and provide your current information.
