UP Grocery Store Stocking
BB Americas volunteers collaborated with UP coordinators to prepare the logistical setup of both the UP grocery store and UP regular market. These are subsidized groceries and products to empower and uplift individuals and families to a better economic situation. At the UP site, volunteers stacked and opened boxes, stocked and organized the shelves with food products, and optimized the shopping space and experience. Furthermore, each volunteer carefully checks each food product to make sure it is not expired or in any bad condition. As always, volunteers greeted shoppers cheerfully to assist both staff and shoppers. In collaboration with and aligned to UP, the BB Americas team believes that every individual and family should have food security.
