How to send a transfer - To BB S.A. and other banks
1. Send, through registered email, a request for a Wire Transfer

*The Wire Transfer request should only be done in accordance with demand.
2. Once we receive the request, we will send, within the next 24 hours a form via email (image below) through the platform DocuSign with the instructions to be followed.
3. After Reading the instructions on the email, click on the “Start process” button:
4. To access the form you will need to obtain and inform the SMS code, which will be sent to your mobile number registered in the account, and accept Terms and Conditions.
5. Once you have access to the form, please, fill it out, sign and attach a photo of your signature on a blank sheet of paper. The photo must be legible and the signature must be identical to the one on the BB Americas signature card.
6. After completing the document, it will be automatically send to BB Americas and you will receive the message below.
*Some requests will require confirmation over the phone.
7. Once we receive the form and verify the information, your request will be forward for processing and you will receive a copy of the signed document.
- Requests received by 10:00 AM (Miami time), the envelopes will be sent at the same day. After 10:00 AM, they will be sent on the next day.
- Forms received by 12:00 PM (Miami time) and with the correct information, will be sent for processing at same day. After 12:00 PM, they will be sent for processing in the next day.
- Request received by 12:00 PM (Miami time), the envelopes will be shipped the same day. After 12:00 PM, they will be shipped the next day.
- Forms received by 2:00 PM (Miami time) and with the correct information, will be sent for after 2:00 PM, they will be sent for processing in the next day.
